    [html] Take 4 cupfuls of thinly sliced boiled potatoes.Put into a baking dish and dust with flour, salt and pepper.Distribute small lumps of butter over the top.Fill the dish to the top of the potatoes with milk.Bake until the top is a delicate brown and the potatoes are soft and creamy.Serve very hot in the dish in which they are baked.Cost 6d.
