    [html] 8ozs. Flour4ozs. Sugar4 ozs. Butter2ozs Dessicated Coconut2 eggs1 Tablespoon Baking Powder.Put the flour into a basin & add BP, then rub butter thoroughly in flour.Mix in sugar & coconut.Whisk 2 eggs & a little milk & moisten dry ingredients with them.Beat mixture well for 5 minutes.Bake on a buttered baking tin in small heaps at once in quick oven for 1/4 hour.
